Marketing Plan

  1. We encourage a Pre-Inspection - Have the major systems in your house inspected to reduce your risk of any surprises when negotiating with a buyer and to make your transaction smoother.
     
  2. Staging - We will assist you with preparing your home for sale.
     
  3. Pricing - We will assist you with pricing your home based on a competitive market analysis. This will help you to set the best price on your home so it will sell within your time frame.
     
  4. Special Presentation Service - We are proud to offer an exclusive service committed to presenting and showing qualified homes to their best advantage. This privacy protection service is offered by our Special Presentation Coordinator who makes the appointment, opens and prepares your home to be shown to potential buyers, and secures your home after the showing.
     
  5. Multiple Listing Service (MLS) - We will enter your home's information into the MLS, giving your home exposure to Realtors in Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell, and Burnet counties.
     
  6. www.ameliabullock.com - This is our exclusive website that is updated daily and provides information about your listing and the Greater Austin area.
     
  7. Internet - You will receive global and local web exposure of your home through our links to www.Austinhomesearch.com, www.Realtor.com, www.immoble.com and www.LuxuryProfile.com (currently under construction). Your home's listing will also appear on over 600 RELO® National and Global Home Search websites.
     
  8. Virtual Tour - Incorporate a virtual tour on many properties.
     
  9. Counter Display - We will provide information pertinent to the sale of your home, which will give buyers the confidence to write a contract.
     
  10. Weekly Contact - We will contact you weekly to give you an update on the marketing of your home and answer any questions you may have.
     
  11. Amelia Bullock Realtors Sign - Our well known bright yellow "For Sale" sign will be placed in your yard.
     
  12. Brochure - We will have your home photographed and a brochure will be available to all who view your property.
     
  13. Brochure Box - We may place a brochure box on the Amelia Bullock Realtors sign. We will provide you with extra brochures to refill the box.
     
  14. Lock Box - We will place a lock box on your property, if appropriate, to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home.
     
  15. Relocation Program - We will increase your exposure to relocating buyers through our affiliation with The Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM member brokers and our relationships with major employers. Last year, 2 out of 5 Amelia Bullock Realtors' buyers were from out of town.
     

This Marketing Plan will become part of your listing agreement.
