Carol has been actively helping her clients buy and sell their homes in Austin since 1981. Her successful Real Estate practice has brought her many industry awards and achievements. Prior to her association with Amelia Bullock Realtors, she was associated with AvenueOne Properties  for twenty five years. While there she was in both management and sales and also served as president of that company for several years. She has always been a consistent top producer.

She is a believer in the concept of “giving back” by volunteering in the Austin community for numerous hours for many worthy organizations. Some of these groups are the Austin Junior League, the Womens’ Symphony League, the Art Guild of Laguna Gloria, the Austin Women’s Center, Boy Scouts, PTA, and Zeta Tau Alpha alumnae, along with various church activities and projects.

She received her BS degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin after graduating from Abilene High School in West Texas. Carol and her husband Steve have two sons and a granddaughter, all who enjoy gathering at the family ranch. Beside her volunteer efforts, she enjoys reading, cooking, and travelling, especially trips to Italy.

Carol’s clients credit her with bringing both an insight and a connection for the Best of Austin. She is a good listener and helps clients find their right place in Austin by getting to know them and understanding their needs. This results in a successful transaction and a good choice of “the right home”. And when she sells their homes, they know that she brings that same ethic and caring to make their move seamless.
